Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for RCM, billing, and tech roles
• Onboard new hires with a seamless, engaging experience
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Support performance reviews, engagement surveys, and retention initiatives
• Coordinate with U.S. leadership on cross-cultural team alignment

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in fast-paced environments (healthcare/IT preferred)
• Strong empathy, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with HRIS or ATS tools (e.g., Zoho, Darwinbox)
• Passion for building inclusive, high-performance cultures
